- Maintenance: gas control stations and installations, cabinet gas control stations, external gas pipeline, meter, electronic corrector;
- Preventive inspections: for absence of leaks in the chemical water treatment plant, technical condition of the boiler, shut-off valves, control and measuring devices, heat exchange equipment, burner device, expansion tanks and accumulator tanks, audit of control automation operation;
- Checks: operation of burner device, operation of expansion tanks and accumulator tanks, actuation of safety and alarm automatics, composition of exhaust gases, gas-gas detectors for carbon monoxide and combustible gas, tightness of shut-off gas valve, actuation of dispatching system, water quality of boiler and network circuits, adjustment of regeneration parameters, checking and correction of readings on dial of program device;
- Current repair measures: setting up the burner device (if readings deviate from the mode cards) and its maintenance, repair of safety and control automatics, repair of boilers;
- Preparation of inspection certificates: safety automatics, gas content automatic monitoring system.
We also take boiler houses into operation, for full outsourcing, including all organizational and legal issues.
